We collect delinquent assessments on a contingency basis.

With our contingency program, we will not invade your association treasury with attorney's fees for collections. All attorney's fees are paid by the delinquent homeowner. If the delinquent homeowner files chapter 7, or we cannot collect for any other reason, we waive attorney's fees. We will also waive fees at our discretion, when doing so expedites resolving an account. 
 
Our “No Bill” approach results in significant savings for our clients. With it, we can accrue the greatest returns, at the lowest cost to our clients.
